If you wish to deactivate or permanently delete your Chatlon account, please follow these steps:

Submit a Support Ticket:
- Log in to your Chatlon account.
- Navigate to the Help Center.

Select Ticket Submission:
- Click on Submit a Ticket or Contact Support.

Specify Your Request:
- In the ticket form, clearly indicate whether you want to deactivate or permanently delete your account.
- Provide any additional details that may help in processing your request.

Wait for Confirmation:
- After submitting your ticket, our support team will review your request.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your account is deactivated or deleted.

Important Considerations:
- Deactivating your account temporarily hides your profile and information but allows you to reactivate it later by logging back in.
- Permanently deleting your account is irreversible. All your data, including messages and profile information, will be removed from our system.
